The Cunard Experience Cunard’s two existing ships, QE2 and Caronia offer varying experiences. As the first ship designed for both cruising and traditional trans-Atlantic travel, QE2 has an enormous variety of accommodations, and the entire ship boasts an appealing, surprisingly intimate atmosphere. Caronia is one of the original small luxury ships, and offers outstanding levels of food and service. On both ships you'll find Gentlemen Hosts. QE2 boasts a kennel, 18 car garage, computer learning centre and tuxedo rental. Passenger Profile During April through December crossings between New York and Southampton QE2's passengers range from students, families and couples to very wealthy Americans and Europeans.
